Meet Chef John Sapienza
Chef John Sapienza brings over four decades of professional culinary expertise to At The Table, welcoming guests into his rustic log home nestled on a five-acre retreat. A 1984 graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts, he has served as Executive Chef at prestigious hotels, casinos, country clubs, and private restaurants nationwide. From elegant fine-dining amuse-bouches to family celebrations, Chef John’s versatile background and expansive cuisine knowledge make every class as informative as it is memorable.

Rooted in Tradition
At the heart of his kitchen sits a lovingly restored, 100-year-old butcher’s block, passed down through generations. More than a prep surface, it symbolizes Chef John’s commitment to time-honored methods and his belief that true culinary confidence starts with great tools and respect for craft.
